Delete Your SlavaShelf Account

This page explains how to delete an account for SlavaShelf: Fast Inventory SlavaShelf is developed and operated by SlavaTech.

If you created an account in the SlavaShelf app, you can request that your account and associated personal data be deleted using the steps below.

1. Delete your account in the app (recommended)

  1. Open the SlavaShelf app on your device.
  2. Sign in with the account you want to delete.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
  6. Re-authenticate to confirm: enter your password (email sign-in), or complete Google/Apple sign-in when prompted.

After confirmation, SlavaTech deletes your SlavaShelf authentication account and your associated user profile data from our systems.

2. Request deletion by email

If you cannot open the app or the in-app option is unavailable, email [email protected] from the email address linked to your SlavaShelf account.

Include:

  • Subject line: SlavaShelf account deletion
  • The email address used to sign in to SlavaShelf
  • A clear request to delete your SlavaShelf account

SlavaTech will verify ownership of the account and process the deletion request. We typically respond within a few business days.

3. What is deleted

When your SlavaShelf account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your sign-in / authentication account
  • Your user profile record associated with that account

Inventory, team, and related workspace data tied to your account may also be removed or become inaccessible according to your role and workspace setup. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or billing (for example, subscription receipts held by Apple or Google).

4. Subscriptions

Deleting your SlavaShelf account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account settings.
